Swamitra and Erni ran businesses before they built AI systems. Swamitra studied at De Anza College and earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Management from Berklee College of Music, then spent 13 years growing a hardware distribution and manufacturing company before leading its AI transformation in 2025, work that cut sales order errors to near zero and freed over 3,500 hours of admin time a year. Erni holds a B.Sc in Food Science and Technology from Institut Pertanian Bogor and a Master’s in Strategic Management from Kalbis Institute. She built her career in FMCG operations and logistics, then rebuilt that same company’s inventory, quotation, and project systems from the inside. Other business owners noticed and asked if they could do the same. That’s why they founded Alonix Digital in 2026.
